TGA created a 34,000 square foot luxury automobile brand showroom & service facility that was reimagined to meet the needs and expectations of today’s demanding customers. This was completed with an eye to integrate and update a vintage 1930’s structure in tradition rich Beverly Hills. This is typical of the successful close collaboration between the client and TGA that resulted in a warm and inviting customer space while vastly increasing the dealership efficiencies through a complete modernization.
This custom hillside home was built in the master-planned community of Dos Vientos. It was designed from the ground up with 8,686 square feet of living space. It features 5 bedrooms, a home office, a teen room, a small personal gym, a home theater, 4-car garage and 2 beautiful circular staircases leading to the second floor.
Toblesky Green also designed a 555 square foot casita attached to the main house by a covered breezeway and a large porte-cochére.
This charming beach cottage was renovated for a family who adopts the spirit of small house living without excess amenities and clutter. TGA embraced the clients’ humble style with an architectural plan that would achieve their needs and goals.
The home was carefully remodeled with specific attention to materials and finishes—details that make all the difference in a single-family home.
