Our Bungalow home plans were born out of a challenge by City of Corona Redevelopment Agency. The Director had a need within the city for an affordable housing product that could be built within the limits of the cities rich historic district and that would comply with the cities stringent Historic District Design Guide Lines. His challenge to us was to develop a single-family home with 1000 square feet of living space and two bedrooms in a 30’ wide footprint. We developed three very efficient and livable homes each with its own laundry facilities and detached garage. Our Bungalow plans provide a solution for redevelopment agencies needing to provide affordable housing, while respecting an existing neighborhoods historic heritage and character as well as provide solutions for Accessory Dwelling Units under the new State laws.
