This contemporary single story home took a very circuitour route from design to completion. It’s evolution took it from a custom home for the owner of Nicholson Companies to a gorgeous spec home that is currently on the market for 7 million dollars. It’s four bedrooms and home office are accented by heavily textured materials contrasted by clean polished finishes and loaded with natural light from skylights throughout. The Great Room features floor to ceiling sliding glass walls and steel pocketing doors, extending views through the home and out to the Pacific Ocean. Proof that too many chefs don’t always spoil the broth, this new custom home fuses a collaborative effort with Toblesky Green Architects, Geoff Sumich Design, and interiors designed by Lisa McDennon.
