This 1,088 square foot Accessory Dwelling Unit is a good example of using a seemingly unusable odd shaped side yard to create a living space attached to the existing residence for the home owner’s father and mother. This unique 2 bedroom dwelling space was designed with universal design “aging-in-place” principles and a sauna in the Master Bath.
